Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup Creole mustard
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 T. distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 t. red pepper flakes
- 21/2 cups green cabbage, grated
- 1/2 cup onion, grated
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Whisk mayonnaise, parsley, mustard, sugar, vinegar, and pepper flakes together in a large bowl.
- Add cabbage and onion, season with salt, and toss to coat.
- Chill until ready to serve.
