It also has a nice loft area to make the second floor your own personal haven. The first floor also has a bedroom and bathroom for guests, children, or even an office space. The great room and dining room are very open and great for entertaining. The kitchen is a cozy space perfect for a romantic dinner for two or preparing large meals for guests. Another great feature is the closed off laundry area that is centrally located between the kitchen and bathroom. The Pooh Bear is a great starter home or a home to live out your days in comfort and relaxation.
