Channel a summertime tradition at the cabin with a cocktail that hearkens back to a campfire treat: s’mores. A sip will take the chill off of winter in no time. When paired with desserts prepared on the grill, this cocktail is a double dose of sweetness. Creamy and indulgent, the drink’s chocolate and vanilla notes interplay with the flavor of flamed marshmallows. While you may be dressed in a sweater, the memory of tank tops and shorts will come back to you.
Campfire Delight
½ ounce Torani toasted marshmallow syrup
1 ounce whipping cream
1 ounce crème de cacao
½ ounce RumChata
1½ ounces of Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
2–3 roasted marshmallows
Combine all ingredients together, except marshmallows, in a martini shaker and shake. Then, double-strain the mixture into a cocoa-rimmed martini glass. Lastly, add a roasted marshmallow skewer as a garnish for your cabin guests.
