Sunrise Oatmeal
Enjoy this recipe down by the water’s edge knowing that there is little clean- up awaiting you. Serves 4.
? Quickly reduce heat to med/low and stir in oats. Stir until the liquid is just absorbed.
? Remove saucepan from heat and gently mix in vanilla. Do not over-mix as oatmeal can become tough and sticky.
? Garnish with additional agave and chopped apricots, if desired.

- ¼ cup chopped dried apricots
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup agave syrup
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- 2 cups quick-cook oatmeal
