? Combine lemon juice and apples. Next, stir apples, almonds, agave syrup and coconut together. After well combined, incorporate into oatmeal mixture.

- 1 cup regular rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 apples, cored, sliced and diced
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup (if unavailable, maple syrup or honey works great)
- ¼ cup shredded coconut (this is optional)
- 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
