This is a little different from the usual honey mustard; it’s not so sweet, a bit more complex. Makes about 1 cup.
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup real maple syrup
Combine the ingredients in a small bowl. Let sit at room temperature while you grill the sausages.
