This one-pot meal is filling and tastes a lot like lasagna – without the carbs and a whole lot easier to prepare.

1. In a large stock pot, brown the ground beef. Remove from stove top and drain off fat.
2. Pile all the shredded cabbage over the beef. Pour entire jar of spaghetti sauce over the cabbage. Pile most of the shredded cheese over the sauce.Do not mix together.
3. Cover and bake in a 350-degree oven for about one hour.Uncover, add remaining cheese and bake until cheese on top starts to bubble and turn brown.
