Built by hand in 1890 by a Finnish pioneer, this log cabin has been updated with today’s comforts to create a cozy getaway. After skiing, tubing or just enjoying a winter day in northern Minnesota, two to three guests can warm up by the cabin’s wood stove and take advantage of a fully outfitted kitchen. Also on the Green Gate Guest Houses’ 13-acre property are a restored farmhouse and renovated barn home for visitors.
