Ingredients:
- 8 ears fresh sweet corn, shucked, halved
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 t. fresh lime juice
- 1/8 t. cayenne
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Grill corn, turning often, until kernels begin to char, 10 minutes; transfer to a large bowl.
- Combine butter, cilantro, lime juice, cayenne, and salt, and drizzle over corn.
