- 1/2 cup pineapple/orange juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
