Chopped Slaw

This chopped slaw is eat to make and even easier to eat. Use it as a topping on a sandwich or as a simple side dish for your summertime meals.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 T. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 t. dry mustard
  •  Salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups red cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
 
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, and salt together in a large bowl.
 
Add cabbage and scallions; toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
