Chopped Salad

A tasty, easy to prepare salad that perfectly complements any meal.



Makes 6 servings (1 cup dressing)
Total time: 10 minutes

FOR THE DRESSING, WHISK:
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp.ketchup
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
Salt to taste

FOR THE SALAD, COMBINE:
4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced onion

For the dressing, whisk together vinegar, oil, mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, and horseradish; season with salt.

For the salad, combine lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. Toss salad with desired amount of dressing. (Refrigerate any leftover dressing for up to 1 week.)
