Create the classic look of the Chicago hot dog with this neon relish.

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 drops each green and yellow food coloring
 
Instructions:
  1. Stir relish and food coloring together. (This produces the Chicago dog’s traditional bright green relish. Regular relish is fine too.)
