MASTER THE ART OF THE SMOOTHIE
Seed, cut, bag and freeze your favorite fresh fruit in advance (yes, even bananas) so you'll be prepared when you get the frozen smoothie urge!

Freeze cubes of orange, grape and other fruit juices to use in your smoothie recipes. They'll add texture and taste!

If smoothies are too thick, add liquids, such as water, juice or coconut milk. If they're too thin, add ice, yogurt or frozen banana.

Add veggies! Carrots, spinach and leafy greens go well with fruits. They enhance the sweetness of the smoothie and add to the health benefits without adding a powerful taste. Not ready for the veggie leap? Use juices that are a mix of fruit and veggies, instead of the usual fruit juices.
