S'mores with Ghirardelli 70% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate

This is the dessert course from "Romantic Dinner for Two" (February 2012).

Grilling s’mores outside in the cold? This one is intended to be a joint activity. Put your coats on and head out.
Graham crackers
4-ounce bars Ghirardelli 64% or 70% cacao bittersweet
    dark chocolate (check the baking aisle)

1. Put the marshmallows on sticks. Turn the grill on high, and toast the marshmallows over direct flames just until they’re golden and tender.
2. Race inside, and sandwich the grilled marshmallows between a couple of graham crackers with several squares of chocolate.
3. What you do with the rest of the evening is totally up to you.
